The crew in the service department and technician did an outstanding job adding running boards to my bike. The staff at the front desk were patient with me. This work order was a three step process, first the running boards and the support brackets needed to be mocked-up; second the running boards were sent to be painted. The service department waited for me to return from vacation to complete this project. For the third step, I brought the bike back in to complete the final assembly. The integrity of this service department is evident in their care and attention to detail. These folks are an asset and a credit to the Gruene Harley Davidson.
