I recently purchased an 05 Heritage Classic at Gruene Harley and was extremely impressed by the staff and operation as a whole. I have never been a fan of dealerships of any kind and was not looking forward to the ordeal that I knew was coming. The experience turned out to be completely opposite of what I expected. Jay and his team were extremely professional, well organized, and most importantly, straight with me. I would recommend to anyone looking to stop here first.
