Carlos is By far, the best thing happening to Gruene Harley Davidson. Iv purchased my motorcycle there, and have done all my maintenance and service there. I only want Carlos to conduct this work. because every recommendation he has made has been spot on! Could not be happier. On the other side of this coin is my utmost dissatisfaction that I couldnt get a loaner from Gruene HD while my bike was undergoing this service... Saturdays are busy, like most days... prime opportunity to ride in the this part of Texas... but nope... HD couldnt figure out how to support those who support them. Thats bottom of the barrel GHD!
