5 thousand mile maintance
I called Michael and scheduled a 5 thousand mile maintenance to fix issues on my trike. Michael went the extra mile and checked the warranty on the reverse motor on the trike and found it was still under warranty. James did the maintenance on my trike and added a cam, fixed a cracked lens, replaced the reverse motor, and added gaged trim. Zack and Michael kept me updated on the trike during these modifications and updates. All in all, Gruene Harley-Davidson customer service is #1. (Employee: James Halm III, Michael Ray, Zack Woodham)
