We Commend all store staff @ Gruene Harley davidson for their excellent customer service, professionalism, prompt, courtious, friendly. Our family experience with Harley has been for over decade. Back in 2013 we paid off a Dyna wide Glide for our son Rene Gonzalez (graduated and obtained his masters in music from Texas State, San Marcos, Tx). Listed are some of our positive experiences @ HD Gruene store located in New Braunfels, Tx. We enjoy the store sales, atmosphere, friendly staff, plus community events, fund raisers, etc. From entrance greeter to Sales personnel, staff is always with big smile ready to assist. One noteworth experience 2019, while visiting our family, we participated in an ongoing Coast Guard car show @ HD parking lot. Luckily my spouse and I were driving our 1941 Chev Panel Truck.
