I recently went in for a 25k service at Gruene HD, and am happy to say the service has gotten better. I spoke with a gentleman there that logged me in and informed me it might be awhile till they could get it done, which I completely understood. While I was waiting that brought to my attention that I was in need of a brake flush and should start looking at getting my tires replaced due to the front one starting to cup. All in all everyone there was being friendly and informative. Thank you.
